Big Balloon for PP296

I'm like a kid when it comes to balloons.  I love them in all shapes, sizes, and colors.  I'm ecstatic that balloons are on trend right now and I plan to make the most of it when I create cards!

My card today is for the Paper Players 296 Sketch challenge.  Here's my card:

And here's the Paper Players sketch that inspired my card:

My big balloon is at home in this sketch.  The circle in the sketch is the focus for the card and my balloon is the focal point of my card.

The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is from the Playful Palette DSP Stack.  I cut out the piece for my balloon from the center of the DSP.  I loved how the swishes were circular in the center of the paper and had to have it for my card.

The other shape is the star from the new set Confetti Celebration.  I stamped it in Peekaboo Peach and cut it out to add to the card.

The balloon and the bow were cut using the Balloon Framelets Dies.  The Very Vanilla triangle tail is fussy cut by hand.  (I know, I can't believe I took the time to do it either.  It was brutal. LOL)

I have a lot of friends that have birthdays soon.  This baby will be in the mail soon!

Happy stampin',
Robin
